Hihalloween.com provides specialized TIG and SAW welding for high-nickel superalloys, including creep-resistant pressure piping joints. All work is performed in accordance with ASME Section IX and is certified through ultrasonic phased array testing. We do not accept orders for standard carbon steel or aluminum fabrication.

Clients must supply accurate material specifications, joint designs, and any applicable third-party inspection requirements at least 14 days before the scheduled start. Any changes to the scope after work begins may result in revised timelines and costs. Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the work site and for complying with all local safety regulations.

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific welding service provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of production, downtime, or failure of the welded assembly due to factors outside our control, such as improper installation, corrosion, or mechanical overload. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate an order with 30 days written notice. If work is cancelled after material procurement or partial fabrication, the client is responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation date. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety standards or payment terms are not met.
